- Open a prospect and they are yours for 24 hours. No second agent can reach them.
- Speed-to-lead is the number this operation is managed by. The list is oldest-first for that reason.
- Every claim, reveal, outcome and override is written to an append-only audit log.

Accounts are created by an administrator. There is no self-registration.
Passwords are stored as Argon2id hashes and are never held in the session or shown on any admin screen. A deactivated agent cannot sign in, and their open reservations are released that night.
